Russ Ortiz played 12 seasons in the major leagues, beginning with the San Francisco Giants in 1998. He won a career-high 21 games during his All-Star season in 2003 with the Atlanta Braves. The father of three lives in Arizona in retirement. He is a co-host on Digging Deep, and Ortiz (squared) Podcast with Jesus Ortiz.
