All-Star Framber Valdez is a native of the Dominican Republic. He earned his first All-Star berth in 2022, earning the decision in the American League\’s victory over the National League at Dodger Stadium. Valdez earned two victories during the 2022 World Series to help the Astros win the second title in franchise history.
