Hall of Fame announcer Bob Costas is Talkin’ 21

Season Two of the Talkin’ 21 Podcast kicks off with a familiar name within the sports panorama. A man who has interviewed countless athletes, celebrities, and sports personalities throughout his illustrious career, Bob Costas.

In his 40 plus years in the business, Costas has collected 28 Emmy Awards. He was also honored with the Ford C. Frick Award in 2018, which is considered one of the greatest honors in broadcasting.

Although Mickey Mantle was his childhood hero, in this episode he shares his admiration for Roberto Clemente. In fact, he believes a real discussion should be had about retiring number 21 in MLB.
